Data controller. Syntex Nutrition is responsible for processing the personal data you provide through this site. You can reach us at contact@syntexnutrition.com or on WhatsApp at +52 33 2334 2352. This notice is issued under the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations and the Privacy Notice Guidelines.
What data we collect. What you type into the contact form or send us on WhatsApp or by email: name, business, phone, email address, the product you are interested in and the message you write. Automatically, the site records browsing data that does not identify you by name — IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed. We do not collect sensitive personal data or health data. This site does not charge or process payments, so it does not collect bank or card data.
What we use it for. Necessary purposes: to answer your request, resolve product questions, register you as a distributor if you ask for it, and follow up commercially. Non-necessary purposes: to send you product news, catalogs and promotions. You can refuse the latter right now by writing to contact@syntexnutrition.com; refusing does not affect how we handle your request.
Legal basis for processing. We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you send it to us, under articles 8, 16 and 17 of the Law. For the necessary purposes, tacit consent is enough — sending the form without objecting; for the non-necessary purposes you may refuse at any time. We also process data when it is indispensable in order to comply with a legal obligation or to service a commercial relationship already under way.
Transfers. We do not sell or trade your data. It is shared only with: the official NoNatty store when you decide to buy, because that is where the order, the payment and the shipping are processed, and that store has its own privacy notice; the email and messaging providers we use to reply to you; the company that hosts this site; and the competent authorities when the law requires it. Transfers that fall within article 37 of the Law do not require your consent; outside those cases, by sending us your data you consent to the transfers described here. Any different transfer would be disclosed to you before it takes place.
Your ARCO rights. You may request Access to your data, its Rectification when it is incorrect, its Cancellation when you consider it is no longer required, and you may Object to its use for particular purposes. To exercise them, write to contact@syntexnutrition.com including: your name and a way to send you the answer; a copy of an official ID, or the document proving representation; a clear description of the data and of the right you are exercising; and anything that helps locate your information. We answer within a maximum of twenty business days and, where applicable, it takes effect within the following fifteen business days. The procedure is free of charge.
Withdrawing consent. You may withdraw the consent you gave us at any time, through the same email address and with the same requirements as the point above. In some cases withdrawal is not available or does not take effect immediately: when the law requires us to keep certain information, or while a commercial relationship is under way. We would tell you so in our reply.
Cookies and tracking technologies. The site stores minimal things in your browser's local storage — for example, the product list you put together — and may use cookies or measurement tools to know which pages are visited and how the site behaves. That information does not identify you by name. You can delete or block it from your browser settings; if you do, some parts of the site may stop working as expected.
Security measures. We keep your data with reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to prevent its loss, misuse or unauthorized access: the site is served over an encrypted connection, access to messages is limited to the people handling your request, and information is kept only for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described and the applicable legal obligations. No means of transmission or storage is infallible; should a breach occur that significantly affects your rights, we would inform you.
Changes to this notice. Any change is published on this same page, with the update date at the bottom. If the change is substantial, we will let you know through the contact channel you left us. We recommend reviewing this page from time to time.
